eTracker version 2.5

Release date: Monday 12th December 2011.

VLE Support are pleased to announce the release of eTracker version 2.5, which contains a number of additional features:

- Introduction of the much awaited 'Attached Notes' feature enabling notes, from the confidential through to the fully public, to be attached to the student profile.

- Introduction of an Email Group button in Enter Results screen. This will set up an email to the whole group of students.

- Compatible with Chrome, IE 8 and IE 9.

- Compatible with iPad2 with iOS 5 and Safari (should also work with iPad)

- Global Learning Support Tutors are no longer visible in 'View My Teachers' button list.

- Generally greater compatibility with mobile device browsers.

- 'Application of Number' and 'Communications' titles for the bksb progress bars altered to 'Mathematics' and 'English'.

- Fixed a bug that meant students could see the SR before it was locked in the eTutorial screen.

- Fixed a bug that meant the traffic light history wasn't being captured

- Removal of the now redundant 'copy course config' facility in the admin screen

The next release of eTracker will be version 3. This will be announced on the website as soon as we have further details.
