eTracker version 2.49

This release enhances the operability of many of the features in 2.48 and also includes BKSB integration.

BKSB integration

BKSB is the leading product in the UK for delivering and tracking Basic, Key and Functional Skills. When BKSB and eTracker operate together, all the elements of the QCF and FL now appear in the students' eTracker ILP clearly showing their progress in the Basic, Key and Functional Skills.

Other key new features for v2.49:

• HoDs now able to change unit status
• Update button in Personal Notes section of student landing page now only appears for staff with permissions to use it
• Admin and student user guides now included in main interface
• Student landing page displays completed units in addition to running ones
• Supplementary Course Leader role updated to bring it more in-line with Course Leader
• Assessment Performance report now available for QCF units on student landing page
• Option to remove the 'very late' attendance category
• Login form for parent portal and non-AD systems now submits on 'enter' key
• Parent portal login download now includes college student IDs

Enhanced user-experience:

We have also made a number of cosmetic enhancements to further improve the user experience. This includes changes to the Action plan screen, the E-tutorial screen, the Student landing page, the Parent portal and the BKSB data presentation.
