VLE Support offer a wide range of services to ensure you get the most out of your e-ILP or VLE. We also do consultancy, branding, web development and many print services.
If you are considering implementing an e-ILP or a VLE, we offer the complete package: sourcing, installation, implementation, maintenance and support.
We offer a full support service for eTracker and our other products through a support desk ticketing system. If you purchase a support contract, we will fix any bug or other problem within 48 hours of receiving the request.
We also provide a range of training services, both for ICT staff and for classroom teachers in the use of eTracker and VLEs such as Moodle. Our training days can be organised with some degree of flexibility to suit your requirements, although we would make certain recommendations as to timings and the number of people in training groups.
If you are looking to develop your company or institution's online presence, we can also develop your branding and design and maintain your website.
