bksb and eTracker work towards outstanding data integration for education providers
We can proudly announce that we are now working in partnership with bksb, the developer of outstanding solutions for Basic, Key and Functional Skills. We are developing our respective systems so that they work together to ensure an even more integrated experience for users.
The main aim is that when both systems are operating together, all the elements of the QCF and FL shall appear in the students' eTracker ILP to clearly show their progress in the Basic, Key and Functional Skills against other qualifications, such as BTEC, PSD and vocational subjects, along with Action Plans and Progression Audits, amongst other things.
bksb handles all the specific tracking of the students progress in Basic, Key and Functional Skills, along with resources and testing, and eTracker handles all the other academic and pastoral progress of the students.
On-going development shall see data from some of the other superb bksb products, such as learning styles, ESOL and PLTS assessments, appear within eTracker's ePortfolio system, which works on mobile devices.
